The
Review Team
Mr
Geoff Luther, the Principal
Consultant of Luther Consulting, was until recently a Vice President of
CRA
International Consulting. Previously, he was a full-time
executive
member of the board of the Australian
Communications Authority, ACA,
and prior to that, the Senior Executive, Radiocommunications in the ACA.
During
this time, Mr Barry Matson, the Principal Consultant of SpectrumWise,
was senior executive in charge
of the Radiofrequency Planning Group of
the ACA. Prior to that role, Mr Matson had held senior radio technical
positions in: the Australian Federal Police; the Australian
Broadcasting Corporation; and, the Federal
Departments of
Communications, Defence, and Civil Aviation.
Mr
Luther and Mr Matson therefore bring to the conduct of this review a
wealth of knowledge of the management
of the radio spectrum, the
associated public policy, and the needs of Australian government
agencies.
